  • AWARDS- DISTINCTIONS

    • Suggestion to be included in “THE GUINNESS BOOK OF RECORDS” for the special construction that consists of 36000 little straws of 5cm height that are forming mesh of1 m2 extent. Accepted on 11/02/1992 for future registration in new categories.
    • This construction is still used for reject of reflections from the ground in measurements of daily lighting. It is placed in the Athens National Observatory.
    • Manufacture of cone of opening 110 that is placed in sensor of lighting and is thus given the possibility of measurement of vertical splendour of the sky.

    Scholarship

In 1992 and for the duration of (1) year I was engaged as an S.P.S. (Special Postgraduate Scholar) in the Athens National Observatory for the following research projects:

    A. “ Research on the pollution, transfer, and lifecycle of the gases gust“

    B. Measuring – Lightning models
